For 22 years, I lived in a world of structure, achievement, and external success—the corporate world. It was a life that made sense on paper. I was responsible, accomplished, and secure. But beneath the surface, something in me felt disconnected, as if I were living according to a script that wasn’t truly mine.
For 15 of those years, I battled an eating disorder—an all-consuming struggle that wasn’t really about food at all. It was a mask, a way to control the uncontrollable, to suppress what I wasn’t yet ready to face: deep, unresolved trauma. The pain I had buried found its way into my body, manifesting as restriction, obsession, and self-denial. But no amount of discipline could quiet the deeper ache of unhealed wounds.
Healing didn’t come from willpower—it came from surrender. It came from peeling back the layers of conditioning, of false identities, of coping mechanisms that had once protected me but no longer served me. It came from remembering.
✨ Remembering who I was before the world told me who to be.
✨ Remembering that my worth was never tied to my achievements or appearance.
✨ Remembering that my body, my intuition, and my emotions were not things to conquer—but sacred guides leading me home.
The path of healing is never linear. It is an initiation—one of surrender, unraveling, and ultimately, deep trust. Walking the spiritual path means learning to hold both the light and the dark, honoring the cycles of death and rebirth, and allowing life itself to shape and refine us.
This journey has also been an initiation into the ways of the Sacred Feminine—the deep knowing that transformation happens not through force, but through allowing. The feminine path is one of cycles, surrender, and mystery. It is about trusting the unseen, honoring both the stillness and the storm, and learning to hold the full spectrum of the human experience with an open heart.
It has taught me to soften, to listen, to embrace the wild unknown instead of resisting it. To find the gift not in doing, but in simply being—alive, present, whole.
And now, I walk alongside others on this journey. Not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who has walked through the fire, emerged with open hands, and can hold space for others to do the same. Whether through breathwork, somatic practices, coaching, or simply deep presence, my work is about creating a container where you can meet yourself—fully, truthfully, and with love.
My work is not about fixing—it’s about remembering. Because you were never broken. You were simply conditioned to forget your own magic.
I’m here to remind you ♥️✨
“Healing is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.”
What is a Sacred Path Weaver?
A Sacred Path Weaver walks beside others through seasons of transformation—gently holding space as their true path reveals itself.
I came to know myself as one only by walking through my own initiations.
Eating Disorders. Isolation. Heartbreak. Reinvention. The slow shedding of old identities.
What once felt like chaos began to show its pattern—the invisible thread that had been guiding me all along.
Through that remembering, I uncovered my gift.
I’m not here to lead with answers.
I’m here to create space.
To listen deeply.
To witness what’s rising.
To walk with you as the old stories fall away, and the truth of who you are begins to shine through.
To weave is to honour the in-between.
To trust the becoming.
To follow the thread—even when it disappears into darkness for a while.
This is the work I do.
It’s sacred.
It’s tender.
And it’s not mine alone—it’s something we co-create, every time you say yes to your own unfolding.
